Quinn began his career in finance in 2010, working in various roles at his father's Broker General Agency. In 2014, he obtained his securities licenses, which allowed him to provide investment advice and financial planning services to clients. Quinn's passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals led him to join a family office, where he worked closely with investment advisors and CPAs, helping them build stronger and more profitable relationships with their most affluent clients. His unique insights allowed him to provide valuable guidance to clients on a variety of financial matters focusing on advance tax and estate planning.

Quinn's interest in helping clients minimize their tax liabilities led him to become a full-time trustee, partnered with his father David Ellis and The Estate Planning Team. As the leader of Engineered Capital Gains Solutions, Inc., an authorized trustee for The Estate Planning Team, Quinn focuses on helping his clients develop and execute the Deferred Sales Trust. By dealing closely with legal, tax, and financial professionals, he works to ensure that clients are able to maximize their returns and minimize their tax liabilities.

One of Quinn's strengths is the ability to connect with new people and easily find common interest. He enjoys learning about others' successes and invests time every week with local business owners to learn how they can help grow each others' practices. Outside of work, Quinn enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle. A Southern California native, he loves nothing more than scenic hikes through the hills with his lady and huskies. His life revolves around family and friends, and when he is not in the office or outdoors, you can find him surrounded by good company and watching Chargers and Lakers games.
